Annotation Adhesives are widely used in the manufacture of electronic components to act as passive and active components. Recently there has been considerable interest in thermally and electrically conductive adhesives, both industrially and academically. This book will review the latest research in adhesives in electronics, with particular focus on conductive adhesives.
