 This report explains the Regulations, Codes, and Standards (RCS) requirements for hydrogen dispensing stations in the State of California. The reports shows the basic components of a hydrogen dispensing station in a simple schematic drawing
  the permits and approvals that would typically be required for the construction and operation of a hydrogen dispensing station
  and a basic permit that mightbe employed by an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
